Kris Talgo is the Founder of Alvarez & Marsal Energy Analytics, LLC. Mr. Talgo advises clients on strategies and best practices for improving efficiency, sustainability and profitability along with new services and revenue streams.
Mr. Talgo brings over 35 years of experience developing new services in financial research and structured products that help clients create and maximize value.
During his tenure at A&M, he has helped financial institutions solve for complex regulatory capital requirements and devised processes and programs enabling banks to transfer risk and free up regulatory capital. In his role with A&M Energy Solutions, Mr. Talgo leverages detailed energy analytics data to implement cost savings, process improvement and energy usage transparency programs for clients.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Talgo served as Co-Head of Trading, Executive Vice President, and Principal at Rochdale Securities. Under his co-leadership with fellow founding members, the company grew revenues from less than $10 million to more than $50 million with 70 employees. Mr. Talgo co-managed trading desk functions including hiring, training, compliance and interactions with back office operations and the IT function as well as servicing existing customers and seeking new revenue streams. As part of the leadership team, he was involved in budgeting and planning activities and managed costs and allocation of the firm’s capital and resources.
Mr. Talgo began his career as a sales trader at Hoenig & Co., an institutional equity stock brokerage. He holds Series 4, 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Talgo earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Lehigh University.
Diana Bolick is a Sales Manager with Alvarez & Marsal Energy Analytics, LLC. She brings more than 20 years of experience advising C-suite executives and solving complex enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain and due diligence and compliance issues for energy sector clients.
Ms. Bolick has significant knowledge of new energy billing platforms and specializes in managing strategic organizational alignment initiatives.
She has worked with companies including FirstEnergy, Southern California Edison, Exelon, and ConocoPhillips on technology and innovation management, portfolio optimization and operational improvement. Additionally, Ms. Bolick has served as National Sales and Marketing Director for Altran Solutions Corp., a global engineering solutions and R&D services company, and has led the marketing and sales engines for several energy sector startups.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal Energy and Analytics, Ms. Bolick led marketing and business development at Arthur D. Little Americas focusing on energy, chemicals, biopharma and private equity clients.
A noted thought leader, Ms. Bolick has published numerous articles on customer relationship management (CRM) and optical and wireless technologies in leading publications including Wall Street & Technology, Harts Energy Markets, Electric Light & Power and Energy eBusiness. She is a member of the Tech Advisor Network (TAN), an invitation only group that advises start-ups towards commercialization.
Ms. Bolick earned an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia University.
